Handle / Unpadded Segment

Refers to the completely unpadded part of the weapon (where it is often held). Unpadded segments cannot total more than 50% of the weapon. Surfaces that are very likely to come into contact with other players during regular use cannot be left unpadded. Template:V9 Non-Striking Surfaces Rules
