Guildmaster of Minstrels

The Guildmaster of Minstrels informs the Regent/Consort when an act of, musical composition, or recitation deserving of an Order of the Dragon has been performed, and strives to promote the arts of the minstrel in the period and ancient/medieval fantasy genres including, but not limited to, instrumental performance, vocal performance, poetry performance, musical composition, and storytelling.
