Assassinate (V7)

To kill another player discreetly, hopefully with no one else noticing.
Usually done in a setting such as feast or court. Poison, hidden daggers, ambushes and so forth are the kind of things used for this goal.

Incantation
Say the word ‘Assassinate’ immediately upon killing a person.
Effect
The victim is affected as per the Spell Sever Spirit.
Notes
May be used while moving.
Who gets it?
Assassins Recive it at 5th and 6th level.
