Founded in Febuary 1998 By Tewok, Sorcha, Nicholas, William Greyskull, and Eric. The first Chapter in Utah. Appears to have gone defunct sometime in 2004. Inspired the founding of River's End. This chapter had it's own newsletter, 'Echo's of the Spire'
