From The Stick Jock’s Dictionary - A WoTism. Nae'blis is the Great Lord's Regent on Earth. Generally used to denote either an overly ambitious individual or the person more or less in charge of their peer group. In Austin, Drakknar has been Nae'blis since the mid nineties. It is commonly used in the phrase, "Would you be Nae'blis?".
