Casbah Feast

For anyone who doesn't know what I'm talking about, I've included an event description at the bottom of this email.

I'm just looking for a headcount from the different parks that have been invited to The Casbah Feast. By now, each park should have received at least 10 invitations, so please let us know as soon as possible if you are coming, particularly if you are a noble or office-holder. We're still looking for entertainers, so if you have any ability to perform (PG-13 please), please let Kyra or me know.

Frost Lands: Ristil got the invitations to Zebidark last week sometime, so some of you might not see them until today.

We'd like monarchs from each of the 6 parks attending at the head table; if the monarch will not be in attendance, we'll take the next-highest office-holder or noble.

We'll still take volunteers (we want to make this as inter-group as possible), but the biggest things we need right now are entertainers and desserts for the dessert competition.

Baronet Orkin Crimson Circle

We're hosting a medieval feast with live music, a dessert competition, and lots of fun! Bring anyone, Amtgard or non-Amtgard, to this event. The cost is $10, or $6 if you wear garb. It's being held at Grace Lutheran Church in Green Bay. Smugglers beware: there WILL be weapons checks at the door!

Doors open at 6:00, and the feast beings at 6:30. Try to be there by 6:15 or call 920-737-0305 so we can let the guards know to expect you late. Cooks and setup crew should be there at 4:00, and guards, pages, and servers should be there by 5:30. The feast will run until sometime between 9 and 9:30.

We invite everyone to come join us for our regular day of Amtgard starting at 1:00pm. Please RSVP as soon as possible to let us know you'll be coming!
