Ausar was banned from the Game of Amtgard, via Althing in the Rising Winds until August 22nd, 2011

• Allthing was opened by me (Obie) at approxamitely 12:30 PM on August 22nd, 2010.
• I presented an overview of the issue at hand, explaining the timeframe and reasoning behind the BoD and Monarch/PM's original banning, and all but maybe one or two people were familiar with the issue.
• A motion was made and seconded to skip discussion, including the reading of emails, and begin voting. Motion passed: 13 votes for, 4 votes against, 5 abstentions
• A motion was made, and seconded, to extend the ban on Cody McDonald indefinitely. Motion failed: 8 votes for, 13 votes against, 1 abstentions
• A motion was made, and seconded, to extent the ban on Cody McDonald for 1 year (unable to participate in Amtgard events, functions,or games until August 22nd, 2011). Motion passed: 16 votes for, 4 votes against, 2 abstention
• A motion was made, and seconded, to revisit this issue again in 1 year. Motion Passed: 13 votes for, 9 votes against, 0 abstentions
• A motion was made, and seconded, to close the allthing.

Motion Passed: 20 votes for, 2 votes against, 0 abstentions

Allthing was closed at approxamitely 1:00PM on August 22nd, 2010.
