The Guildmaster of Minstrels informs the Regent/Consort when an act of music deserving of an Order of the Dragon has been performed, and strives to promote the arts of the minstrel in the period and ancient/medieval fantasy genres including, but not limited to, instrumental performance, vocal performance, and musical composition.
