Short Sword made by Midget Dragonspine, Astral Winds

Must be a durable, opaque cloth. Covers are required for all weapons and shields. No color is required except when acting as a strip on an arrow or crossbow bolts. In 7.5 it became legal for shields to have Plastidip Covers. See Sword cover
