The Order of Noise
The Order of Noise is an Order based in the Harbour of Rhye. It was founded by Lord Renn Penombra and WaA Ogoolo Von Kirathelle in the Summer of 09. In fact they are the only members as of yet. The Order requires simply that you be noisy when you do things. Yell and Rawr for absolutely no reason or just to be obnoxious. Whether Obnoxious laughter or just general yelling the Order of Noise accepts all people who might have their volume a little to high.
