Biography
A youngling often seen in white or blue garb playing wizard, complete with quarterstaff (which he mysteriously drops at random intervals, for no apparent reason). YAY lightning bolts
Paradoxically, Rio is the second oldest of his peers (which includes Nico, Kiri, Shorticus, Longfox, Lanceweaver, and Ramen), yet also one of the shortest, surpassing Shorticus by only a moderate margin. Late onset of puberty? Constitutional short stature? The world may never know, but when the growth spurt finally hits, he may shock us all. A tall Rio would be quite a surprising thing indeed.
