Biography
A youngling often seen in white or blue garb playing wizard, complete with quarterstaff (which he mysteriously drops at random intervals, for no apparent reason). YAY lightning bolts
Paradoxically, Rio is the oldest of his posse (which includes Nico, Kiri, Shorticus, Longfox, Lanceweaver, and Ramen), yet also one of the shortest, surpassing Shorticus by only a moderate margin.
