Was the title of Lord/Lady omitted for some reason of just missed?

I'd guess they're taken from different corporas. "Master" may be a separate title in some kingdoms, or both Lord & Master may be of a lower precedence. Meh. --Lucas 14:50, 15 October 2008 (EDT)
