Parameters
- kingdom: The kingdom issuing the ban, must match the name in the Wiki
- expires: Options: "Indefinitely" or "- Expiring 2019-February" if new category is created based on expiration, make sure that category is added to Category: Banned.
- text: The text of the ban notification
Note
Make sure to lock the page to editing after the ban, and inform the Monarch issuing the ban of actions taken.
