Belt Rank refers to the appropriate honorific or person holding a certain belt. A common belt rank for a Knight is Sir, where as a squire would be called just that, "Squire" as in "Squire" So and So of Wheredy Where. Other common belt ranks are Page and Man-at-Arms or Woman-at-Arms.
