A type of Battlegame, sometimes called "Resurrection" or "Res" battle.
In this game, typically no classes are used. Fighters usually pair off and acknowledge before attacking, with no interruptions or Backstabbing (e.g., as an Honor Duel.
When they fight, the winner goes on to find another opponent. The loser remains dead until the person who killed him gets killed. Then he comes back to life.
To win, you must kill everyone in a row without dying. Because as you kill each person, each person that person killed comes back to life.
Wounds retain between fights.
If you Simo your opponent, everyone you both killed comes back to life, as do the two of you.
It is generally considered very difficult to win a battle of this type above a certain size.
There are a number of variations, including Free For Alls where backstabbing is permitted.
