Scoot was granted his name by Lucas the Lost when he signed in as scout with some particularly bad handwriting.

- Recently finished his 1.5th term as Prime Minister of Siar Geata. He finished Sam Dragoon's term as Pro Tem PM, and the finished out a full term of his own.
- Ran again on a platform of never entering any records and robbing the treasury, but couldn't build a fire fast enough or hold enough (any) votes to outbid LucasTheLost.
