A subland of Wavehaven, which operated at Soquel High School in Soquel, California from 1998 to 2002. The Shire began as a kind of after-school fighter practice for the co-founders, Decoy, Mantis, and Azero, with rules for becoming knights and squires more quickly and level gains at twice the speed of normal. When the chapter became an official land in 2000, these rules were eradicated.
After being kicked off the school, then off a local park, Sanctuary Hill slowly went away, and its remaining members transferred to the nearby Duchy of Wavehaven.
