There are many things which are Wokou:

the sound made by a Warlord munching up noobs... (wokouwokouwokouwokou)
japanese pirates
and island inhabited by pirates and nijas from E-Sam.
The island of unmoderated E-sam transgretions, usually leading to alcohol and sex. (Who woulda figured)

Who is the leader of the Wokou? We are an an autonomous collective.

Based on references from Grand Admiral Asmund, Loptr is apparently the barkeep for all flurby drinks.

Each starts with a drink aboard the Admiral's ship, and ends with s dip in the rum tub (by invite only). That's how we Wokou
