The Wyld Hunt

An event put on by the Western Region of the Principality of Winters Edge. It's a 3 day event currently held in Columbia Tn. It began Halloween weekend of 2014, was also held in May of 2015, and again Halloween weekend of 2015, before deciding to make it a once a year event held in May. The Wyld Hunt Committee, consisting of seven members of the Western region of Winter's Edge, is responsible for ensuring the event is put on and occasionally asks for crat volunteers. The story of the Wyld Hunt revolves around the change of the seasons and the fight between the Summer and Winter Queens' armies. The original story line had participants transported to fairie. As the story continues fairie becomes more and more intertwined with our physical realm. The banners at the top represent (from left to right) the Winter Queen, the Wyld Hunt, and the Summer Queen. Locations include: ☗ Evermeet - the neutral ground including the feast hall, merchants, and tournament fields ☗ Actis Tor - the stronghold of the Winter Queen ☗ Arden's Vale - the lands of the Summer Queen ☗ Grym Wald - the woods surrounding the area ☗ Fae Wylds - uncharted territory outside the preview of the game.
