A fighting company, based out of some docks, that uses bait & switch tactics in thier fighting. Led by their Paravar Dreux, they travel from park to park, depleting the areas of thier natural fish resources.
Here we see the infamous fisherman HO to the BEH fighting the dashing and deadly Fezzik of Bitter Coast.
