"Admin Attention" categories
I definitely want to make this part the main focus of the admin portal once it's redone. Things I think should be monitored:
- misspelled/unchanged category titles
- articles for deletion
- Category:pages with broken file links

- stubs (make hidden category for this)
- cleanup (make hidden cat)
