Interkingdom BoD
IKBOD has been proposed as a group of people that come from every Kingdom that would replace the BLBOD. Instead of having only the people from one kingdom overseeing things all the kingdoms would have a say.
Every time an IKBoD has been proposed it has failed. However the Circle of Monarchs has now begun to take it's place.
