A response to the term "Stickflurb".
Spell Jocks are players that play the class game of Amtgard very well, and treat it like a sport, similar to the attitude that stick jocks have towards Ditch.
A Spell Jock is usually pretty dangerous on both the ditch field and the battlegame field. They are usually not interested in actual role playing, only the martial and tactical aspect of fighting.
You can recognize a Spell Jock by his incredible amount of gear....Spell Jocks usually own several suits of armor at varying point values, a 35# longbow, the full array of spell balls, and a sash for at least 3/4 of the playable classes.
If you can win at fighting, you have "Stick", but if you can win at class battling, you have "Game"
