The Stormrider Manor
Anything is possible when you have vision, determination, and an endless supply of forced labor.
Background
Formed in the Kingdom of Neverwinter, under the chapter of Falling Fire, the Stormrider Manor takes its name from enduring the massive hurricanes that sweep through the area. We pride on our individual talents, ranging from crafting weapons and garb to fighting. We are also big on roleplaying out our characters. As of current times, Wes, Rodgers, and Zea; lead the Manor. The others are busy with adventures outside of the Manor. All votes are given to the three, only rule is not to change the Manor extremly.
Government
The Stormrider Manor is an oligarchy, run by the Aristocrats of the Household. The aristocrats and craftsmen share influence in decisions in the household, but the five original aristocrats are the final authority. Decisions are passed in a majority-rules manner of 4/5 vote. To be kicked out of the Manor (and you have to be pretty damn bad to get kicked out of this place!), there has to be a unanimous vote among the aristocrats and a majority vote among the craftsmen. Qualifications have to be met to ascend ranks. Qualifications are as follows:
Aristocrats: Original members; can only exit from this rank.
Craftsmen: With Manor for 10 weeks, a recommendation, majority vote, heavily involved in house, and was a Paid Worker.
Paid Workers: Majority vote, with Manor for 4 weeks, built something to do with Amtgard (weapons, garb, etc etc).
Indentured Servants: n00bs.
The only rule is that you must have the Stormrider symbol on your garb.
