Notice
The following rules are from an out of date rule-set
One of the Summoning Circles; a type of Terrain from the Celestial Codex.
Materials
Represented by at least seven 3-foot strips of blue cloth laid end-to-end to form a circle.
Effects
The minimum class level required to summon a given monster is 1 lower than normal. Additionally, any monster summoned inside one such circle costs 1 less magic point per 10 for the summoner to expend (minimum of 1). Conjuring Circles have no effect on monsters conjured through sacrificing class abilities, only spellcasters may benefit from this boon.
Limitations
This Circle may only be used by each spellcaster once per game.
