A Monster from the Book of Engoku.
Description
Spirit Naga are known as the judges of the dead, and it’s said that the unworthy die repeatedly while the worthy are reincarnated to a higher form. The Spirit Naga is extremely rare, and will only appear if there is a great battle that shakes the heavens and the earth. It arrives right after the battle to award its merits to the just, and its punishments to the unjust. Spirit Naga appear with ethereal wisps of fog surrounding it.
