These magic-items function the same as skinned-cards in another way:
• On a "Skinned Magic Card", the custom-name is considered "Flavor Text" and has zero additional effect on gameplay. If an ability printed in the card's text-box would refer to the card's own name: it uses the ''original'' card-name, not the skinned-name.
• '''Likewise:''' on these skinned magic-items, the custom name and custom phys-rep '''do not change''' the item's incant or effect. '''For example:''' the "Buttercup's Bouquet" counts as a Wand of Release and it's incant is unchanged ("My Wand Releases Thee", NOT "My Boquet Releases Thee"). Thus, the custom-names and custom phys-reps are akin to MTG flavor-text.

Name/meaning: The item-name followed the same name-format as a custom Relic that Gen awarded during his reign as King of NL: "Prayer Beads of the Fallen Monk". Both items follow the format "{Adjective} Beads of the {Adjective} {Class}. In both cases, the class-adjective is relevant to the class and an antonym of the class. A monk is pious and holy, and to be 'fallen' is bad. A bard is quick-witted and a singer of songs, and to be forgetful would be bad.

The person for whom the "Lucky Beads of the Forgetful Bard" was named after, finds it hilarious that their entry on this table, reads as "Can't Remember". Done with permission from this person.

Not included on the main data table:

Item name Counts As In Honor of... Reason Date Awarded
(Y-M-D)
"Lucky Beads of the Forgetful Bard" Wand of Release Sir Gen in honor of his C.o.K's vote for knighthood 2023-03-25

Why:
This is not on the main-list because Gen wasn't officially informed about it. This was the only Voltron prize-item ever where the person being honored wasn't informed beforehand.

Gen was given dual knighthoods in Crown and Battle on 2023-09-22
