From 1999 till 2004 a glorious group attempting to do Amtgard with no real veterans ran amok in Stoughton WI. Originally run by Zike Mcnasty this group blossomed into a huge pool of 40+ players. But Zike was lazy and couldn't be bothered to do the most basic things like learn corpora or even how to become an official Freehold. There were Attempts to revitalize it but lack of a winter site made things difficult. But several of the founding members still play Amtgard today, and use the old site for quests specificly surrounding Schefelker themes.
