A defunct Shire of the Kingdom of the Rising Winds, located in Dublin/Scranton, Arkansas.
Heraldry
History
Founded in June 2003, the Shire of Blackfeather consisted of members of the old Timber Mist chapter, and relocated to be able to construct and camp etc.

Black Feather met on private land in Dublin/Scranton, AR, about 15 minutes from Clarksville, AR on Saturdays at Noon.
