Biography
Hojo is of supposed Turkish decent. Much of his origin has yet to be confirmed, due to the fact that his main file was lost after the cold war and his inability to speak since captured in Kuala Lampur where his tongue was cut out. The earliest U.S. records of him stem from his attempt to defect from the U.S.S.R. in Finland. He was found at the back door of a hospital nearly frozen to death. In halted English, he demanded to be shipped to America. His marksmanship record includes 84 confirmed kills during his service with the CIA. However, his tendency to lose his appointed spotters to calamity has earned him the nickname "the Traveling Guillotine", due to the notion that to be assigned to him is an assured death sentence.
