Caksir or Chakshir is spelled wrong as "Caskshir"
The modern Turkish spelling has a cedilla under the initial "c", indicating it is pronounced like our "ch", and a cedilla under the "s", indicating it is pronounced like our "sh". So it is sometimes written as Chakshir where the character s-cedilla is not available.
