Bard's Tongue
When a person has the unnatural ability to say something and have it happen. Normally, it can be associated with amazing luck in their timing of a comment. Through obervation, many believe it is truly a curse. No one knows why some people have it or how they gain it. Some speculate that its passed down through belt lines, genetics, elevated BAC, etc. The source of the condition is not confirmed at this time.
An example of Bard's Tongue would be a rainstorm following someone mentioning the phrase, "It could be worse, it could be raining." This is the most simplest of incidents of one with Bard's Tongue. It can predict anything from minor discomfort, to a change in relationship status, "It could be worse, she could break up with you."
In the event you find yourself near an afflicted individual, remain calm and listen for any phrase that starts with "It could be worse...", "Look at it this way...", or "At least...". If an afflicted individual begins speech with any of those or similar phrases, there is a 99% likelyhood that the event will come true within the next 24 hours.
