History
Arzule Shadowfear had once been a loyal retainer of Sanjuro Takeda, however, with the apparent unrest in the Shire of Crying Heavens, he would travel north to establish a haven; this haven was recognized by several of House Rhyderick and soon became known as the Shire of Darkwind.
Founded in January of 2007. Appears to be in active. (March 2008)
