Biography
Kite was in Brigham City in 2006 at a sweet surplus store 'n more and bought a beautiful two-side piece of red leather for the low low price of 45 dollars. At the time he was building armor out of scraps he bought off ebay.
Upon getting home, the leather was so beautiful, and dauntingly huge that he couldn't do anything to it besides roll it up and keep it in his closet. Fast forward 3 years - no progress on any armor because Kite has a bunch of leather but won't use it. He ends up selling it to Karma of Lands End for 54 dollars, but Karma noticed the price tag still on it and requested his 11 bucks back. The next day Kite regained his armoring motivation, and the leather to this day remains untouched.
And, thusly has been dubbed the cursed leather of procrastination.
