Free Hand

Some game rules may require a ‘Free Hand’ in order to perform an action or carry an object. For these purposes, a Free Hand is a hand that is not holding any equipment. While performing an action that requires a Free Hand, that hand cannot be considered free for any other purpose. Template:V9 Universal Equipment Rules (Gameplay)
