The Weaponmaster of Texas achievement is earned by simultaneously holding the Weaponmaster title in all five kingdoms in Texas. This obviously requires winning the Weaponmaster tournament in five different kingdoms in one six-month period in order to be the current Weaponmaster in all five.
This accomplishment demonstrates not just raw martial skill, but adaptability to compete with foreign warlords with different styles and unknown apptitudes.
