The word from players
"I think it literally translates to: "Hey fuckers, I have an undeserved sense of importance and need the spotlight on me right now! How dare you converse with your friends and laugh while I am trying to roleplay and/or give people peices of paper.""-Maxam
"It is a polite way to telling inconsiderate jerks to shut the fuck up and give up their undeserved sense of self importance that puts their desire to interrupt court and be rude over the needs of the rest of us who like to hear what's going on. Anarchy does not work with polite society. "-Feral
