Dark Wind, Shire
A defunct Shire of the Kingdom of Neverwinter, located in Florida.
Heraldry
History
Arzule Shadowfear had once been a loyal retainer of Sanjuro Takeda, however, with the apparent unrest in the Shire of Crying Heavens, he would travel north to establish a haven; this haven was recognized by several of House Rhyderick and soon became known as the Shire of Dark Wind.
Founded in January of 2007. Appears to be in active. (March 2008)
