Materials
Tie ribbon on arm of person receiving extra Enchantment
Effect
You may place on extra enchantment on a single player or his equipment.
Limitations
May not be used on self, not may it be Stacked on itself. May not be used with enchantments cast by other players. Attuned (V7) and this magic do not stack.
Notes
The cost must still be paid for the two enchantments to be used.
Who gets it?
A 6th level Wizard (V7) spell.
