The only required param is image. All of the others can be left blank. This template can't be used to resize external images up, only to scale them down. Specifying a size larger than the image size will just display it at its largest size. Images scaled using this template are scaled down by the reader's browser and not by Amtwiki. This means that they will take just as long to load as they would have before being scaled down.
