When she was young, her mother was killed by robbers. She decided to search for her missing father by disguising herself as a pirate wench and joining The Endbringer Pirate crew. Throughout the many escapades which ultimately led to to most of their crew being eaten by the Kraken, she found herself close to the crew she originally resented. She ventured, along with her captian, Sydian, her close friend, Leeskra, and their deckhand, Yar, to stumble upon the shire of Crying Heavens. She and Sydian decided to start their own fighting company, which grew in size to oppose their main rivals in the shire, the Horde. During all this rivalry, Leeskra and Azurea ventured off to find the mythical Firewater, and also to seek news of Azurea's father. Their search led them to Sanjuro Takeda, an 800 year old samurai who knew of firewater and of Azurea's mother. The two wenches became honorary sisters under Sanjuro's guidance. Second-Wench, Azurea Greymoon, of Crying Heavens, Neverwinter
”Alright, how many heals do you need?”
Biography
Their quest was interrupted when the remaining pirates vanished and Azurea was captured by Mortis and the other members of Tears of Blood. After her release, she set off to find Sydian and Yar, while Leeskra left on her own quest. Azurea found evidence leading her to believe that Yar and Sydian had went after the Kraken, and died trying. Azurea then took a long journey back to Crying Heavens, looking for Leeskra and more recruits. All she found was a wandering Homunculus, XIX, who decided to accompany her. Now, she has reunited with Leeskra back in her old shire and along with some new companions, she is thinking of starting a new company in memory of her old group.
Azurea learned a few tricks after researching into Alchemy for some time. When she heard that her old rival Mortis was planning something, she created a loyal spy to keep an eye on things for her. She used a tree and some alchemy to create a sort of wooden golem. The creature, which she carved in her likeness and named Aeruza, was sent into the shire to keep a watch on things. Unfortunately, Azurea didn't realize that using a tree was a mistake. Aeruza showed that she could think and act for herself. She constructed a church in her creator's honor and attempted to convert people, which of course, drew far too much attention. Mortis, who seemed to be gathering souls for some reason, turned his attention and to the church and had his minions chase Aeruza out of the shire. Aeruza was so hurt that she cut off her communication with Azurea and hasn't been seen since.
Azurea has begun communicating with Aeruza, again. Aeruza attempted to fight again and was terribly outnumbered. In her shame of defeat, Aeruza nearly gave up, but she was able to communicate with some of the elder trees that gaurded the shire, who promised her a guardian warrior. Aeruza gathered her defenders and brought them to the elder, who summoned a deva who was charged with the protection of the forest. The winged gaurdian offered an excellent distraction while the small band of defenders snuck around, rescuing those who seeked forgiveness for their past doings. Their mission is far from over. Aeruza discovered an important fact during this battle. She seeks insight on how to save others that need help.
Things have quieted down in the Shire. Mortis is gone and the wenches are busy with their new tavern. Azurea is enjoying her calm lifestyle, which is punctured by the occasional cellar-raiders. Deep down, she thirsts for adventure and excitement.
