It was in the midst of an attack, and Ragnar managed to turn the tide of battle with an unexpected attack from the enemy’s rear. The Shire was grateful for Ragnar’s assistance and offered him residence to show their thanks. It is rumored that if anyone is to go to the shire, they can see Ragnar, but Ragnar’s life is one of a wandering mercenary, and no one knows from where the next battle will call from.
