I find that Amtgard is a great outlet for me, especially for my mental health. This game has a huge saving grace for me, the community is extremely welcoming and just about everyone is willing to show you a thing or two. If you're debating on joining Amtgard, personally I would say just do it. Honestly man I'm just trying to grow and learn as much as I can before my body takes me out of the game. Until that day I'm going to keep striving and working towards getting Sword Knight.
