Rules Authorities are responsible for overseeing [[V9: Combat Activities|activities]] and help enforce rules and [[V9: Safety|safety]]. Rules Authorities can be chosen individuals, volunteers, or even elected [[V9: Officers|officials]] depending on the situation. For example,  the [[V9: Game Organizer| Game Organizer]] will often act as an authority for their own game, and other players may volunteer to help [[V9: Reeve|reeve]] (referee) as well.
