The Burning Lands Board of Directors, ("BLBOD" for short) controls the copyright to the [[Rulebook]], accepts [[Contract]]s from new Amtgard [[Chapter]]s, and approves petitions from groups aspiring to [[Kingdom]] status before going to vote by the [[Circle of Monarchs]].
