Apprentice Clubbins

From AmtWiki

"Apprentice" John Clubbins, of Lupine Moon, Northreach, Dragonspine

”I call it the Spoon. Or occasionally, the Nutshot Machine.” - Clubbins, on his long-stick Madu.

"I am Apprentice John Clubbins of the Merry Fellowship of Fools, Troubadours, and Storytellers, formerly in association with the Assassin's Right Ruthless Guildhall of Hillshire, it was a corporate thing, long story, I don't know all the details, could you ask the old man on the mountain for me?" - Clubbins' preferred full name. He is officially banned from using it at any Northreach function.

Biography

John Clubbins comes from... Well, actually, he comes from a Renaissance Faire, right down to using a modified version of his persona from that event. Clubbins started as an Apprentice Fool (formerly Apprentice Assassin - yes, at the same time, it was a corporate thing, long story, you really don't wanna hear it) who legendarily got in trouble with the entire present female populace of Lupine Moon for accusing one of their number of pantlessness on the Fairegrounds, before even stepping foot in an Amtgard park. His first Amtgard experience was being chased in circles around a tiny fighting ring and beaten to death by six of them.

After being resurrected and dusted off, he was sold off to Lupine Moon's monarchy for tuppence (but keeps showing up back at the Faire anyhow), where he began to serve under Anton Levaire as an Assassin, before switching to Barbarian under Justice Tidespear, where he also developed some barkeep elements of his persona (partially for irony reasons, as his mundane is allergic to alcohol) - in turn leading him to become a Healer, with an occasionally-RP'd gimmick of offering (imaginary) booze to people to treat their wounds and/or buff them.
