Q/M Ratio

This rule is outdated
Short for "Quester-to-Monster Ratio," the Q/M Ratio is designed to give lands building quests an idea of about how many player lives are needed to balance out the potency of one life of a given monster. In standard battlegames, monsters of 4/1 or higher ratios may not be played; if a player of 2 or 3-to-1 is selected for a team, the opposing team is allowed to select 2 or 3 (respectively) regular players or 1/1 monsters (if available) to balance that monster player. Monsters with a 0.5/1 ratio count as "half a player;" two may be added to a team to equate to one standard player or 1/1 monster.
