Alternate title for Prime Minister often used in Amtgard's formative years. The term was once employed in the Golden Plains, and possibly in the Emerald Hills as well.

This is also a title that has been given within the Burning Lands as a special title for "advisor to the throne". For example: King Tristan du Sable looked at Duke Sir Smiley as an advisor to the Burning Lands throne and gave him the title Vizier, (affectionately know as the Jafar of the Burning Lands).
