General Sir Rath of Midnight Sun Emerald Hills

A Knight of the Flame(EH, April 8, 2000) and a Master Owl Rath has been playing since Sept of 1994 Rath is perhaps best known as the founder of the IRCA (or for his nifty Spell Sheets).

He is a founding member of the Justicars .
